There are very few weird foods in Chile… but our Crown College intern Gabriel Miller got to try one of them – cow stomach! Next time you’re in Chile, you can try the dish too.

I was showing a lady in my Sunday school class a picture of a plate of cuy that I ate on my first trip to Peru. She is going in October and i was trying to be an encouragement.

He ate it! I ordered the plate so he could try a bite. After the first mouthful, Gage kept eating and eating… He ate over half the plate!
