Buying Church Property for Liberty Baptist

In 2015, God allowed our family to plant Liberty Baptist Church in Santiago, Chile. Since then, numerous souls have been saved, baptized, and discipled because of this church. Also, three families have been sent out from Liberty Baptist to pastor young church plants. A 5-year-old church giving birth to 3 new churches is thrilling! God has blessed beyond measure, and all the glory goes to Him!

During these past five years, you have read countless testimonies about this church in our monthly newsletters. Currently, we have expanded beyond our rental property. While we are encouraged by Liberty Baptist’s continued growth, we also realize that this church needs a permanent building soon. Pictured to the right is one of several properties we are praying about purchasing.

God has already supplied $23,000 for the building purchase! As we continue to survey the area, we need to raise $125,000 for a church building. Will you pray about giving a one-time love offering of any amount ($100, $250, $500, $1000, or more)?

Thank you so much for partnering and praying with us and for giving so faithfully. Our ministry would not be possible without you. Missions is a team effort. Some of us go, others send, and all pray! If you would like to give a special offering towards this church property, send your gift to Vision Baptist Missions, PO Box 442, Alpharetta, GA 30009. Please include “Liberty Land Fund Chile” in the memo line.

Prayer Requests

  1. Please continue to pray for Lori’s mother, Katherine Samson, as she battles through her cancer treatments.
  2. Jorge Muñoz is the pastor of the first church we planted in Chile. His wife gave birth to their stillborn son just a few weeks before her due date. This was their third pregnancy loss. Pray for continued grace and comfort for their family.
  3. Camilo Encina is one of our graduates from Missionary Jason Kenney’s church. His wife was pregnant with twin girls when she had to undergo an emergency C-section at 28 weeks. One baby girl went to heaven shortly after birth. The other one, Eden, is fighting for her life in the NICU. Please pray for baby Eden and her parents during this trying time.
