CONNECTING THE MISSIONS-HEARTED

TO THE MISSION FIELD
We hope that God uses these updates to challenge you to do more for the cause of world missions

SUNDAY SERVICES ARE IN-PERSON!

The announcement pictured above was shared among our church members early last month. It reads, “This Sunday, we will meet in-person.” After 16 months of only being together in-person on a handful of Sundays, these past few weeks have been glorious for our Chilean churches! I never knew how much I missed preaching over the not-so-faint cries from the nursery and the echoing songs from the children’s ministry! Jesus’ church was designed to be together. Biblical ministry is best done life-on-life. Thank you for praying for us as we continue to open back up to regular life and ministry in Chile.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR FOR NOVEMBER 30TH!

Save the Date on November 30, 2021, and spend your Giving Tuesday with Connect Chile! Join us on Facebook  as we take a trip through Chile. Along the way, we’ll share upcoming projects, introduce you to students, pastors, and missionaries, and even give away several gifts!

We can’t wait to show you the Chile Training Center where future pastors and missionaries are trained to reach Chile with the Gospel. We’ll take you to see a 6-year old church that’s busting at the seams and has already sent out 3 church planters. And we want you to meet several young men who are at the cusp of graduating from the Chile Training Center and are praying about where to start a church.

The unexpected circumstances of the last two years have only emphasized the faithfulness of God. At Connect Chile, we’ve had a front-row seat to what God has done in the ministry and can envision, in small part, what He is going to do in the future. And now, we want to invite you to “Come & See” with us!

PRAISES & PRAYER REQUESTS

  1. Camilo Encina officially launched his church plant in Quito, Ecuador, on Sunday, August 22nd. We are thrilled to see our first graduate serving outside of Chile!
  2. Dylan Moore will be landing in Chile on September 15th to serve as a missions intern for 6 months. Pray Chile’s borders open to foreigners in early September to make this possible.
