CONNECTING THE MISSIONS-HEARTED

TO THE MISSION FIELD
We hope that God uses these updates to challenge you to do more for the cause of world missions

Ricardo Nilian grew up a Mormon. As a teenager, he rejected the teachings of Mormonism and became a self-professing atheist. But several years ago, Ricardo’s best friend invited him to a youth meeting at Omega Baptist Church, where he heard the gospel and put his faith in Jesus Christ! At youth camp, Ricardo surrendered his life to serve the Lord in ministry, and in 2018, he started classes at the Chile Training Center.

Ricardo Nilian will be graduating from the Chile Training Center next month. Lord willing, he will be leading a church-plant in Padre Hurtado, a community on the southside of Santiago. The picture above is from Ricardo’s commissioning service at Omega Baptist. Can you imagine–a former Mormon/atheist now leading a church-plant! All because of the power of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

We are excited about how God will use this young man to lead this church-plant and reach the suburb of Padre Hurtado for Christ! We will be working alongside Ricardo and helping him with temporary support for the first two years. Will you pray about giving towards the needed $5,000 to fully fund his budget? Join us on Facebook on November 30 to find out more!
