This past week, we held our annual ministry training retreat for our pastoral staff, church leaders, and their families, with over 80 people gathering from churches across Santiago and throughout Chile. Missionary Shawn Bateman served as our keynote speaker, and our theme centered on strengthening ourselves in the Lord so that we can faithfully live out our calling within our marriages and families, our fellowship with one another, and the ministries and churches we serve. It was a meaningful time of encouragement and fellowship. Please pray that the impact of this training will continue to strengthen and equip each family for ongoing ministry.
